i called the dealership at 2pm in regards to a pre owned truck and possibly leasing a new truck informed Jessica cartiglia i lived out of the area and she was okay with that she seemed nice on the phone. she had me confirm a text and i sent photos of my trade and she told me she would contact me soon. a couple hours went by i asked how it was going and she said she was busy and that she would get with her manager soon for the numbers. 2 more hours had gone by and still nothing so i asked it it normally took that long and she did not respond. in that time little did she know i was at the dealership and she was not busy and at that time i informed her that the process was painful. i get a new truck every year and this was by far the worst experience i have ever come across. i don't even know why a dealership would have an employee that does not want to work.

Emmaline Jordan was an excellent saleswoman. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Every aspect went smoothly. The service department made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape. I love my new car!

I just took delivery of my 5th Subaru and my second from Saratoga Subaru/Mackey. It was a very smooth and comfortable process, from ordering the car to taking delivery, thanks to Nick. If/when I need another Ford or Subaru, I will certainly start with the Mackey Group.
