Excellent customer service! This is our 5th car purchased at Sunset Ford, our son bought his truck from Sunset Ford, my parents have purchased their vehicles from Sunset Ford. They day we bought my Dodge Durango, my husbands boss came to Sunset Ford and bought a truck! We feel valued and appreciated when we are there, either making a purchase or routine maintenance. It was a great experience. I enjoyed the low preassure help offered by Ceasar and Craig. A TPS warning light came on the night I got the truck and Craig got it right in and got her done. Sunset Ford is a fair, no-pressure, dealership. They have a great selection and they seem to do their best to help you find just the right vehicle for you. Jacob and Chris were great, but I wasn't as impressed with the manager and the overall customer service. Nothing bad, just think that when someone is spending thousands of dollars and spending an entire day plus (we came back the next day) that they should be offered more than vending machines to buy their own water or coffee.

This was my first visit to Sunset Ford and was impressed. They are very responsive to customer needs with great follow up. Very friendly staff. Convenient in and out for service.
