My wife and stopped by Uhlmann Ford just to see what were the prices of today's Ford truck. We met Bull Demers who didn't try to sell us anything when we said we were just window shopping. Bull was vey courteous and down to earth. He answered what little questions we had including a trade-in scenario I seriously doubted Uhlmann Ford would consider. When I told him I had a truck with a camper that I wanted to trade, Bull assured me it would not be a problem. The following weekend we brought our truck and camper to Uhlmann Ford with some skepticism. Bull met us and offered us coffee and other drinks. While the folks at Uhlmann Ford looked over our truck and camper, my wife and I looked at the new trucks on the lot. Bull met us after my wife and I had time to privately look at the trucks and he answered all our questions, including allowing us to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive, we sat down to discuss our trade-in. Prior to arriving I research what a new truck should cost and what my trade-in should be worth. Bull brought forward the numbers, which surprised me as they were within a few dollars of what we were expecting. Bull didn't try. To sell us anything extra. We financed our vehicle through Ford Financial, which I thought was going to take a couple of hours, if not more. That was not the case, we were approved and walking out of his office with a new truck in less than 20 minutes. The atmosphere at Uhlmann Ford is that of a small country town, but they do business better than any big city dealer I have dealtz with in the past. I would strongly recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle from Uhlmann Ford and if you enjoy horses, ask for Bull Demers.
This is not the first time that I have purchased a vehicle from Uhlmann Ford, and I would buy from them every time. They were very professional and understanding. All of the representatives went out of their way to get me every rebate and get me the most back for my trade in. It was a very painless process. Everyone was friendly and curtious.
My wife and I came to I-5 Ford / Toyota to trade in two used vehicles for a newer used truck. Dan sharp (Sales Consultant) helped us to pick and stayed very late, after closing, to work a deal out on a 2009 Ford F150. The deal fell through couple days later when we found that our credit union gave us a wrong pay off amount on one of the trade-ins. We were shocked and dismayed that this happen and we had to give the truck back. Dan Sharp (Sales Consultant), Gerry Greisen (Sales Consultant) and other staff at I-5 Ford / Toyota through hard work, was able to help my wife and I through this situation. They helped by working out a deal to put us into a brand new 2012 Ford F150, which I like this truck better. I would like to give thanks to Dan Sharp, Gerry Greisen and the staff at I-5 Ford / Toyota for their help and patience in this matter. I give them 5 Stars
I didn't come in with the intention to buy. I came in to sell my car. I asked Bull what options were there for trade in and why I needed that type of vehicle. He found what I was looking for right away. He found a price range I could work with. I feel I got a great deal on my truck.

I HATE car shopping! But I LOVE I-5 FORD!! The best car buying experience I have ever had. The minute I spoke to "Bull" on the phone I could tell this was somewhere I wanted to buy my next car and he was the guy I wanted to buy it from. My husband and I had already been to 2 other FORD dealerships and simply walked out because of the sales and finance departments lack of customer service and shady sales tactics. I spoke to Bull over the phone on Friday evening, told him what I was looking for, and told him I would see him in the morning. When we got there, he greeted us with a smile and already had the vehicle out and waiting for us. Not only was he friendly, he was HONEST and not at all pushy. It didn't take long ( about 30 minutes and in car dealer land thats mach speed! ) before we had a deal and he introduced us to Kelly our Finance guy. Ok , here it comes I thought. This has gone too well. This is where its going to go south and these guys are going to confirm all my feelings about car dealerships but AGAIN I-5 FORD surprised me. Kelly was just as friendly and honest as Bull and NOT PUSHY! Yes I said NOT PUSHY!! This cant be for real! But it was!! If you hate car shopping and want an easy, friendly, HONEST car buying experience go to I-5 FORD and ask for William "Bull" Demers and Kelly Kabat! I promise you wont regret it!! I am still pinching myself! Thank you Bull and Kelly for a GREAT experience.
