We needed an oil change and got our Explorer in for same-day service. They did the oil change and a thorough inspection. It was ready for pick up in less time than expected.

This survey is ridicules. I am being told that the sales person’s commission etc is based on it being all 5 star. Her service was 5 star, but the rest of the process was far less than 5 star.
