Doug got my truck in and out in a reasonable time He told what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and it was done ahead of schedule
The team was efficient and effective in manking a smooth transaction. Would buy from them again.
They got right on it and fixed the problem, the service writer came out and looked at it to explain it to the tech.

Journey is excellent and goes beyond in customer service. She is very knowledgeable and her experience makes all the difference. She is a keeper so make sure she gets a bonus for all she does for Corwin Ford.
This dealership is just ok. They do not seem to have the greatest and careful employees (it took a service rep at another dealer in a different town to diagnosis the problem) in the Quick Lane and when we had to have the transmission replaced at just under 75000 miles. Angela Hancock in Service is the best person to deal with. She has been very fair with us.
