We had a good experience with Roberson Albany Ford. It started off with a test drove of a Xterra which Roberson allowed us to take to a private . certified mechanic on our own who advised us there might be difficulties with the trany down the line. We brought is back and then test drove a Hyundai and had the mechanic check out it's engine. It was in perfect shape....the enginie, the exterior and the interior were almost like brand new. We went back and ZACH the financière drew up the papers, giving us a very fair trade in and a reasonable purchase price. We wrote a check and drove away satisfied. We continue to love the new vehicle and apricate the care we were shown by Roberson Albany Ford, especially to a Mother and Daughter! We will DEFININATELY be returning in the future to them to purchase other vehicles as needed!

Took my ford 4500 in to have issues fix truck was in a total of 5 months truck never ran right they said they replace the intercooler something must have leaked and the bearings are shot told me to tow it off the lot they were done with the truck I have an extended service contract they told me they did not have to honor it what's the point of an extended warranty if they don't provide the work bad Robertson

Zach was awesome to work with! He is not pushy but very informative! This dealership is like car buying was like years ago! Customer service,Customer service,Customer service!! Don't have to play games to get the best price in Oregon. They put it right on their website. Did all the work over the phone, just drove up to pick the car up and sign the papers! Best experience we have had in years!!! Don't change a thing!!

Came to terms quickly, and after the sale Zach our salesman made sure we knew how to use all the gadgets. Worth a trip there if they have what you want.
