Anyone know a good attorney that will be good in a case against Champion Ford Service Center? They have had my car since October 1st of last year over a recall, an electrical issue with the radio and trunk latch. I have repeatedly been put off on how long it is taking to get my car back. I have called FORD Motor Company Complaints and they keep telling me that the Service Center says it will be ready at the start of the week, that's been twice now and 3 more months and my car still is not ready!! This is some of the worst service I have ever dealt with!!! I need someone to help me and tell me what my next steps should be now because they are also telling me that the issue with the transmission(TCM) has caused damage to the bands and it will be $3000 to fix it!
