I delt with Mr. Luis, Rosado, a service advisor, who was helpful. Gotta give both him and the mechanic 5 stars. Runs well, no start up clatter from the VVT, no dents and no bent frame. Thanks all, I will return again when I need your service.

We bought a Ford F450 2023 at Al Packer Ford and we wanted to build our credit with Ford.com . Al Packer Ford decided to sell our contract to a Financial Bank since they pay more then Ford.com. Tom at the Finance Department was the worst . he didn't know what he was doing and it took 5 hours to prepare the papers.

I urge you to walk up to the Service Department BEFORE buying any vehicle from this Dealership and ask "any service advisors" that your vehicle just light up the check engine light and you need to get repaired right away because its the ONLY transportation you have it and the service advisor its going to tell you Sorry we can't see your vehicle for 3 weeks would you like to make an appointment? 3 weeks from now? this dealership IT'S a total Joke!!!!!! 3 weeks to get a vehicle in to see what's wrong with is unacceptable. I asked to Speak with the service manager and he told me too bad you're welcome to take to ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. I called a different ford dealer at 10th Ave one in Lake Worth and was told to bring it to be serviced right away and was asked if I need to be towed. really Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach its by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with!!! 0 Customer Service.............

I wanted a 2022 Mustang that they didn't have. They tried to sell me a 2021 Mustang but the price was too high and they didn't offer me enough for my 2017 Mustang. Thus they lost a sale.
