It's been a so nice ever since I switched to this Kia as I work a couple mins away and you all always have a Lyft for me and make it easy to not impact my work day. Never trying to over sell me and staff all seem very knowledgeable and always friendly and always on time!!!

Had to visit Kia Delray last week for a few minor fixes. My service advisor Nicole made sure the job got done in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. This team member cares about the customer's issues and makes sure we had a pleasant visit. Had to return on Saturday to finalize the transaction, Nicole was off this day (she deserves one !) but Kevin (service advisor) backed her up and continued the excellent service. He also went above and beyond to explain what had to take place to fix an issue. I have been a loyal visitor to this location and get this great service from Kia Delray consistently. Gabby was a wonderful sales rep. She asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me a couple selections based on what I wanted and my budget. She answered all my questions and concerns and helped me narrow my search down to the perfect car for my needs. She’s very patient and provided great customer service.
