What Others Say

Very rude and unprofessional service writer. Couldn't give me an estimate for over a week and was very negative throughout the entire time

Horrible service experience. After four hours, the vehicle had not entered a service bay despite an appointment. The service manager was dismissive. Ant infestation inside waiting room. Service manager blamed digging outside, not the food and bits of crap all over floor. Didn’t care that outdoor seating is stained and worn and covered in cobwebs. Ceiling stained from leaking roof, service manager’s suggestion was I find another dealer and that the issues I brought up were just my opinion? I guess he’s used to sitting in and around filth, I am not. After four hours of waiting, I had to go. Left without service. Nobody cared, no attempt to make it right. My vehicle sat in a parking lot for four hours.

Beware – Highly unprofessional and Misleading Experience I’ve purchased multiple vehicles in recent years, including a Ford F-150 Limited and a Lincoln Navigator, and have worked with several Ford dealerships. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I was initially quoted a price for a Ford Raptor by a sales manager and was clearly told the offer applied to both cash and financing. However, when I arrived at the dealership, the price had increased by $700. While not ideal, I was willing to move forward. Things took a much more serious turn in the finance office. I had been told I would qualify for approximately a 4.5% interest rate, but was instead offered 7.1%. When I said I preferred to finance through my own bank, I was told the vehicle price would increase by $3,000 — contradicting the original “cash or finance” agreement. At that point, the sales manager I had been working with suddenly became unavailable, and when I asked them to review our prior communications, they refused. Despite all of this, I was still willing to proceed given the 3-hour drive I had made. However, when I mentioned refinancing, I was told they would intentionally delay processing title paperwork to prevent me from refinancing for at least 90 days. This raised serious concerns, as it appears to conflict with consumer protection standards in Florida. After I pushed back on this, the dealership abruptly canceled the deal altogether. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend staying away from this dealership.

I wish I could give no stars. We had a very frustrating experience trying to purchase an F-250 diesel. We were quoted pricing four separate times in writing, and every quote was incorrect—it was priced as a gas truck, not a diesel. The only reason they caught this mistake after two weeks of going back and forth and wasting my time shopping around was because another dealer called them out on why they were selling it so cheap. I had no clue, or I would have bought it the first day they gave me those numbers. After the sales guy, Mike Cook, texted me and told me that, they just made up all these excuses saying it was my fault because I was looking at gas trucks first and that I wanted the price to be cheaper, so they offered a gas truck. All of that was a lie. I came in knowing I only wanted a diesel. At the end of the day, all four quotes had the diesel stock number and VIN number, but somehow they put the gas truck price on it. The manager never called me to try to make it right or to apologize. After catching the mistake, instead of making it right, they refused to honor the pricing they repeatedly gave us. The salesperson was also not helpful and gave inconsistent information throughout the process. I had a bad experience from day one with these guys. The sales guy, Mike Cook, had no clue about the trucks he’s selling, and even after looking at his phone, he still gave me wrong information. I seriously wanted to make a deal with these guys, and I would never get a response back from them—it felt like they didn’t even want to sell the truck. This whole deal was made up of lies. I wouldn’t trust a word they tell you, even if it’s in writing. I called the next day to try to talk to the general manager, and a very unprofessional guy named Jonathon picked up. I really hope that’s not who they have running that place, because he is in the wrong line of work. He was very rude and just kept telling me the same lies the salesman told me—that it was my fault for confusing them and that people make mistakes. I understand mistakes happen, but four quotes and two weeks of back and forth is a huge mistake. After I suggested they make it right, he thought throwing in some free floor mats would make me happy and get me to purchase through them. I was being as professional as I could be on that phone call, and he hung up on me because they didn’t want to work with me at all. The “Prestige Rewards Package” the dealership has is an additional $3,000 for some warranty that I don’t want that they make you get. I told them I did not want these charges. They said fine—but they would reduce my Ford discount by that much, so my price would not change. Just beware—I would never buy from them. By the looks of the reviews they have, they do not make it right with anyone and do not care what their customers think. I ended up getting a more expensive truck for cheaper somewhere else. I get that most car dealers play games, but this place is a joke. This felt very unprofessional and misleading. We were serious buyers, but this experience completely lost our trust.

By far the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a brand new truck from this dealership and the engine failed after only three drives. The truck had to be towed back to the dealership where I was told the entire engine needed to be replaced. Throughout this process the dealership offered no loaner vehicle, no transportation assistance, and showed very little concern for the situation. After ten days I received a call saying the repair was completed. Since the dealership is over an hour away, I asked if they could have the truck delivered back to my home. I was told they could not arrange delivery for another week. Because of that, I had to use my own AAA service to tow the truck back to my house. Once it arrived I took it for a drive to confirm everything was fixed. Almost immediately during hard braking there were components shifting, making it obvious something was wrong. The truck is not safe to drive, which means I am now back to square one with a brand new vehicle that has to go back into the shop again. To make matters worse, while I was on the phone trying to find a resolution, the General Sales Manager had rap music blaring loudly in the background during the call. It was extremely unprofessional given that I was dealing with a serious issue involving a brand new truck that had already needed a full engine replacement. Between the engine failure after only a few drives, the lack of support, having to tow the truck myself, receiving it back in an unsafe condition, and the overall unprofessionalism, this has been an absolute nightmare. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle here think twice.

Worst service experience for a recall I’ve ever had. Was told parts arrived and was scheduled to come in, truck was there for over 6 hours and when I called to check on it was told the tech didn’t even know the truck was there, how when I handed the keys to the service advisor and they weren’t sure they had the parts. I actually don’t know if the recall issue has been resolved. This is the worst service department
