Starling Ford always takes good care of me. I bought my last car from them and was happy to get into another vehicle.
Chris was very organized, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient making our experience easy and fast! Andrew was our sale rep and he was very helpful and patient in working with us. they were a bit underhanded and service after the sale was poor. its too bad things were not more transparent and smooth. certainly they made no effort because I was an out of town buyer.
All the staff was very helpful in making our purchase happen. I have purchased 3 cars from Sterling and I will continue shopping there.
