My Son and i met with a salesman and agreed on a price $14,949 for a used vehicle. My wife went to the dealership the next day to finance the car for my Son and they sold her $10K in extras! They charged her a "pre-delivery fee" of $1,200, sold her GAP coverage for $1,000, an extended warranty for $2,600, and then added something called the "Plattner Advantage" (which is only clear coat paint protection and Lo-jac) for $4,000!!! They really took advantage of her and she did not know what she was signing. Now my Son is stuck with a car worth far less than what he owes on it! Terrible unethical business! Avoid this xxxx dealership scammer business!

I just purchased a 2018 F150. Was looking for a dealership and decided to look at some of the reviews on this dealership and thought of my own experience. Had an '08 F-150 took it in for an oil change tire rotation and new plugs. The bill was almost $1,200 when they were done. Not sure where I'm going to take my new truck for service but it won't be this dealership.

After communicating with salesman Ed Smiley multiple times this week, and speaking with him on the phone, and texting him the night before and morning of, we ( and he definitely knew it was an hour and a half away, and I made sure he knew I had a severely bad back, we drove the hour and a half to buy this particular corvette. My wife saw the car as we drove in the lot. After 10 minutes, and not one person came up to us, I walked into the building and called him. I said I was there for the car. SILENCE. After about 15 seconds, he said the car was sold. Silence ……, My opinion- his words were all about how to get a possible customer within sight to try to make a buck. Not to worry about the customer. And the pooch gets the short end again. Another “Honest Ed” story I’d guess. My experience has made me very sorry we wasted time going up there.

Horrible do t use this place they cause over 10000 worth of damage to my car and now won't pay we have to take them to court to get my car back..run way don't ealk

I was very happy with my Ford 2022 F150. The sales and parts staff were very friendly. My main issue was an added item that was not included on the online price. It was almost a deal breaker. It did take a very long time to complete the purchase. It was the best deal I found online.

I bought a 2013 Ford F 150 at Plattner Ford Dealer. The truck is completely rusted underneath. I found out a few months after purchasing the truck. I went back to talk to a manager and asked for them to something about it but they refused. They scammed me by selling me a truck that is a danger on the road. I kept driving the truck praying it would hold up. But unfortunately about 6 weeks ago the front wheel broke off and i almost got into an accident. I had the truck towed to a car repair shop where they assessed the truck and told me the bad news saying they would not even touch the truck because all of the underneath is crumbling off and is about the fall apart. Now I had not car but stuck with a still 24,000 dollar car loan and had to go out to buy another car to get around and get another car loan. Plattner Ford is bad business! They are a total scam!!!
