I had a pleasant experience with Havana Ford. I'll admit that some of the communication seemed a little juggled at times but was ultimately pleased with the results of my purchase.

recent new owners of the local dealership. it will take some time before i cross the entranceway to this store. just didn't like the attitude of the manager. oh well, i'm only one person/owner.

This has been an awful experience buying a used vehicle. As told it was serviced and inspected and after a week I have found so many problems that was unmentioned to me. I have taken it back and was told they did another inspection and yet again still issues are arising and they are claiming nothing is wrong but multiple mechanics are telling me otherwise! Don’t buy here is buying used!!!

They lie to your face to get a sale! Run while you can or you will regret it!!

Smaller dealerships are a pleasure to visit and work with. Low pressure sales with good selections is really nice. "Bainbridge Joe" was great to work with.

I used to be a dedicated customer, until their Office Manager had an affair with my friend's husband. If this is the type of "customer service" they provide, ladies I suggest you leave your husband at home if you go there to buy a car or have your vehicle serviced. It says a lot about their dealership, the character of the people they hire and their lack of business ethics if this is the type of people they hire. They lost a loyal customer, along with several other potential customers due to their lack of ethics, integrity and trust. Employees sleeping with married customers is a bad look for the whole business. Taking my business elsewhere instead of dealing with trash.
