What Others Say

Staff was very helpful, understanding and supportive of my vehicle needs . Thank you for your excellent service in a difficult time.

Eddie was amazing to work with. Super attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He walked me through each step and listened to what I was looking for and made sure that I got just that. Balise Hyundai is always a pleasure to work with and they know how to make the car shopping experience stress free.

The salesperson was very helpful. Jonathan Hall spent a good amount of time and worked with me over 3 visits to get a deal that satisfied both my needs and theirs. A friendly experience and a successful transaction,

My wife and i went to Balise Hyundai dealership after having a bad experience at Gary Rome in Holyoke. We left Gary Rome with a bad taste in our mouth after buying (2) cars from them in the past.We decided to go to Balise Hyundai in Springfield and give them a try and we weren't disappointed. We were paired up with a sales person by the name of Jonathan Hall who was an exceptional sales person to work with.He put us at ease and told us he would beat Gary Romes trade in allowance on my used car which was 15 years old and had about 100,350 miles on it.Jonathan kept his word and beat Gary Rome's trade in value by $300 dollars. He went the extra mile for us and continued to make our buying experience more pleasurable. We asked him to give us the best out the door price with no add- ons from the beginning which he understood which made dealing with him up front a much more enjoyable situation. After we got a good price for the car and my trade in value we saved a lot of money and paid below the MSRP which was a very fair price. The we wanted had been sold over the weekend and Jonathan didn't know until Monday when he came into work. What Jonathan did next for us showed my wife and i just howe good a salesman he was because he went to his service manager and told him what had happened and the service manager came over and asked us what our first color choice was and the interior color. We told him our first choice would be burgan and black or gray interior. The service manager said he would call a few places to get the car we had described and within (2) days the car arrived at the dealership and we couldn't have been happier and that's what i call going above and beyond for customer service. If you need a new car i highly recommend asking for Jonathan Hall as your sales person, he is old school and really worked hard for the sale with no pressure tactics which we asked for right up front. When we purchased the car Jonathan went over everything in the car so we would have an idea of how to operate everything. He was very helpful and i told him we couldn't believe the electronics in the newer cars. After the sale Jonathan said to us he would help us with any further questions we had and all we had to do was pick up the phone and ask him and he would help us.Jonathan was like dealing with family.Jonathan i wish all car sales persons had the same attitude as you have it makes for a much relaxed car buying experience.THANK YOU JONATHAN FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID!!! Misleading and Deceptive Sales Tactics. While I 'like' the new car, the dealer experience was stressful, A LOT of misleading tactics. When I caught them on a deceptive move, the sales manager actually tried to throw in CPO (Certified) as a bonus for the misunderstanding and to make up the difference - seriously? The car came as a CPO! On top of that, the car came with weather mats, we saw them on the test run and the sales rep even confirmed they were with the car - I asked! Yet on pick up, the weather mats were replaced by cheap plastic ones. We tried to argue the fact, but it was all denied. Well, on top of them leaving all sorts of personal information in the glove box from the previous owner, including navigation information, which they should have removed, we found a receipt for the weather mats. I will never recommend dishonest places.

The management and sales team provide a professional transaction at every level They are knowledgeable and appreciate your business. I purchase a new car every year and this is the only dealership I will use.
