I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism from INFINITI of Tacoma at Fife, specifically regarding their handling of communication preferences. After clearly requesting to no longer receive text messages, I continued to receive unsolicited texts—particularly from Edward Ryle. It is both frustrating and unacceptable to have my request repeatedly ignored. This behavior demonstrates a lack of respect for customer boundaries and raises serious concerns about how this dealership handles customer privacy and consent. I expect a higher standard of professionalism from any business, especially one representing a luxury automotive brand. I strongly urge management to take this issue seriously and implement better practices around honoring communication preferences. Until then, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

INFINITI OF TACOMA REVIEW Around March 22nd, 2022; my 2013 Infiniti G37S was worked on by a certified mechanic, in the garage of Infiniti of Tacoma. After the repairs were completed, the certified mechanic took my 2013 Infiniti G37S for a test drive. While on the test drive the certified Infiniti of Tacoma mechanic did not check all the fluids in my car before the test drive. That is why the certified Infiniti of Tacoma mechanic blew-up my engine. I would like to point out that the car the certified Infiniti of Tacoma mechanic blew-up the engine, of a car that was paid for in full. Because I brought my 2013 Infiniti with the money I received from my Social Security Check. Yes, I’m on Social Security. No, before Infiniti of Tacoma ruined my car I did not have to work. But now due to the Infiniti of Tacoma’s mechanics negligence, I have to work to replace the car due to the negligence of the Infiniti of Tacoma’s mechanic. I did however bring this issue of negligence to the attention of the general manager of Infiniti of Tacoma. He is a very nice manger, and he has leadership, he is to be admired. The general manager told me he would work with me to get me a car to replace the car that was ruined due to the negligence of the Infiniti of Tacoma mechanic. It is now September 30th, 2024, and I am still waiting for the general manager to keep his word. I saw the general manager try to replace my 2013 Infiniti G37S; I want to point out that I have been patiently waiting for over two years to make the negligence of their certified mechanic; fairly made right again, with another car of similar style and value.

I am a repeat customer of the Tacoma Infiniti dealer in Fife. They give me excellent customer service and they take good care my car at a fair price. I recommend this dealership. I have purchased several cars from them. There is never a hassle.
