Since purchasing the vehicle in 2024 service experiences have been very disappointing. The service managers and service technicians have all been very nice and accommodating but the dealership experience is not good. I have numerous times had to wait lengthy (4+) hours while my car is worked on. Waiting area for Lincoln is a concrete prison cell so I use the Ford waiting room. Car wash never offered. Most disappointing: NO LOANER CARS! Lincoln is supposed to be a luxury dealership. In contrast we also have a Lexus and that dealership goes out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star, because 0 isn’t an option) Very bad service at Ciocca Ford and Lincoln of Lawrenceville. David was terrible at providing information and never followed up. They kept my vehicle for a month without calling or responding to messages. I had to go there in person, only to be told to find another dealer because they don’t have any mechanic capable of diagnosing the issue. Total waste of time and zero professionalism. I do not recommend this dealer.
From the start, communication has been inadequate. I was not kept informed about the progress of the work, and my calls and messages went unanswered or were delayed, leaving me uncertain about the status of my car. The quality of the work performed has been unacceptable.
Did not fix problems, did not call back, did not wash car, does not provide loaner car
Avoid if possible. Put my car in at 8am on 07/22/25 for scheduled service. Received no communication from them. Started calling at 4p for a status update. No response. Now on 07/23/25 I start calling to find out the status. I missed things I was supposed to do in the previous evening and work this morning due to no car. I call every 15-30 minutes starting at 8a. Finally get someone on the phone at 10:30a. They’re working in the car today and should be ready be end of TODAY! A two day service appointment. With 0 communication from them. Stay away from Ciocca and Ford if you can.
Perhaps I am accustomed to the service provided by Lexus, because the service I received at Ciocca Ford of Lawrenceville was disappointing. I clearly expressed my need for a detail and was told I would be contacted by a service representative to confirm my services and warranty coverage. They did not contact me. It wasn't until I had traveled an hour that I was informed detailing was not covered and would cost $550. Consequently, I arrived and left with a dirty car. More importantly, I would not have traveled an hour for minor warranty work. No courtesy wash, no vacuuming, nothing! Furthermore, the loaner car I received was dirty. There was a lack of customer service. My car was not charged when I picked it up, even though they knew I had about an hour's drive to and from this location (the closest to my home). In fact, an employee's car was charging on the charger instead of a customer's. I had to unplug that car to try to charge mine. I gave up and drove to a Chevy dealership and used their fast charger. Voicemails I left were not returned. My most recent voicemail regarding a part that was not replaced has still not been answered. Perhaps I received subpar service because it was a warranty visit. Is it possible that because I wasn't paying for the service, I received no service? My nex service appointment will be at Ciocca of Flemington. My next car will not be a Ford. I am going back to Lexus.
