Having purchased numerous cars in the past, this was by far one of the best experiences. My last car was with a broker - I will never do that again. Had a great experience that started with inquiry over the internet. Ben Krimmel was great and very responsive. Answered all our questions in the timely manner and was honest and upfront about everything. I went to 2 other dealerships and found Szott M59 Jeep to have the best price from day one. Other dealers wanted to negotiate price down and still did not get to same price at Szott. We knew the exact car we wanted and they were able to find and deliver on our fast timeline. The deal was very fair for the product. So much so that I traveled over 100 miles for this deal, after researching for two weeks. Chris was so nice... and straightforward that my wife even liked him, and that's VERY unusual for salespeople. They went to GREAT trouble to fix a small problem I found... above and beyond.
