I recently brought my 2022 Escape to Porter because one of my windows was stuck open. Unfortunately, I came at 10 minutes before closing, but was greeted by service representative Mary, who obviously wanted to help me. I came back in the morning. She found me waiting, and managed to fit me into an already busy schedule. She went above and beyond the call of duty by sticking with me until the car was delivered the next day, soon after the new parts had arrived. This is consistent with the excellent service I have received from Porter Ford. I am a happy customer, and whenever I am in need of a new car, I will always begin my search at Porter.
