Outstanding Experience at New Holland Ford! I recently purchased a vehicle from New Holland Ford and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My sales person, Shane Hymen, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, Shane made me feel comfortable and supported. He wasn’t pushy at all—just genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. When I had concerns about potential issues with the vehicle, Shane stood behind me 100% and made sure everything was addressed. What truly set this experience apart was the involvement of the owner, Mr. Penske. He went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were taken seriously and resolved quickly. His personal attention made me feel extremely confident and comfortable with my purchase. If you’re in the market for a Ford, go see my guy Shane. Very happy with new car. We have now brought 5 cars for Tom weaver, each time he has been great.
They changed my oil and did not reset the dashboard or put a new sticker on my window. I keep get oil change due notice. I went in and it was less than 1000 miles since my last oil change. I asked why it was not reset and the sticker was not changed? They told me they forgot. I asked how to stop the notification about the oil change and he said it is in the owners manual! Poor service!! Also never changed the sticker on window! That's ridiculous! Now I have to figure out how to reset the oil change notice? Wow! I even bought the truck there brand new! I will never go back! This is not the first issue with them either!
When is a deal not a deal ? When it's from New Holland. 3/15/24 6:00PM put $2000.00 down on a vehicle & provided all signatures and required paperwork/documentation as requested. The dealership was unable to arrange financing & asked me to arrange. I met with our banker to do so and informed the salesman. Meanwhile, on 3/22/24 10:30AM I was at a funeral & received a voice mail threatening to sell the vehicle if I did not call this dealership within 90 minutes to confirm our interest in the vehicle, (the cashed check and signed documents were not enough ? ?) By the time I got back from the funeral, the vehicle was sold ! It was a total of 4 business days since providing the deposit and only 2 days since meeting with our banker. P.S. the bank ok'd the financing ! The 1 star is because the salesman was pleasant throughout; I think management was behind the shady tactics. At this time we're considering legal action due to a breathtaking breach of contract law.
Excellent sales staff, horrible service staff. Buy here, but make sure to find another dealership to service your vehicle. They don't listen, don't follow warranty deals set up by sales. Change appointments on the whim. They don't follow through when they are told.if a particular problem, which is audible and tell.you it doesn't exist. Yet another mechanic at another ford dealership heard it. Stay away, you'll get better service from a regular garage or another dealership.
