Service is great, sales staff is not great. Service was quick and easy to set up. Sales staff are not great at all.

I was kinda disappointed in Ken. He's a nice person, but I felt jacked around by his frequent "consultations" with management about how much he could give me for my trade in. I didn't like that he tried to raise the advertised price of the vehicle, or that he tried to rush me with bodywork on the car I bought nor with the threat of the vehicle getting sold to someone else while I took care of other things. I was quite pleases with Ms Salazar in the finance dept - a real straight shooter. I may do business with y'all again. I'm still lookin' for a 2022 GMC 2500 Denali.

Great customer service everybody friendly I love my pathfinder I am very satisfied with this company and how they service those in a timely man.

The staff was great. Both my salesperson and the finance department. This was an easy car buying experience

Overall 5, however I think the charge for the leaks could've gone toward the billing of the rest of the of the repairs, as well as the 59.99 charge for picking up the oil. If you charged 10 customers for this, you make $5900. I am a regular customer and I think this could've been a consideration. The employees are all very friendly and professional. I have also been a loyal customer!

The financial assistance was quick and easy. There was a lot of back and forthing from the agent to the manager that extended the actual sale itself further than it probably needed to be. But everyone was kind and helpful.
