I have had my Altima serviced ONLY by Reliable for 5+ yrs. I received an email where I had a $42 credit in the service dept. Tried to use it today. I was told they knew nothing about it and conveniently the system was down so they could not accept it. "Not that I think you made it up." Walking through the building I see every employee working on computers! So much for loyalty.
Inspection went well we appreciate the honesty that our brakes did not need to be repaired after all shout out to the team. Great job thank you.
Great service, my only complaint is that there is no courtesy shuttle. There is a 15.00 charge. I had to sit for 21/2 hours waiting for car. I have always got a free courtesy shuttle at other dealerships.

I had an oil change and unfortunately had a leak after returning home. I called and the dealership and they immediate addressed the issue at no cost. I understand things happen and appreciate their quick response to fix my issue.
