Was efficient Was an overall good experience That's it It was fine all good Right

I had warranty work done within 30 days of purchase of a used Mazda. Mr. Williams knew exactly what to do, took care of everything, put me in a nice loaner vehicle and all I had to do was wait for the call when it’s ready for pickup a few days later. Both the repair and a loaner were free of charge to me and it feels like I’m driving a brand new car now. Thank you team Southern for a top notch world class treatment.

We love the dealership but my husband was there for 6 and 1/2 hours because there were 2 mechanics and quite a few cars! They need not to take as many repairs do people don’t have to wait that long! It’s never happened before but they made him feel better by the time he left.

In and out quickly. Belle did a great job for sure! Much appreciate and looking forward to future visits for service.

It was fine. Felt comfortable and will go back. I was pleased but you need to hire more service attendants when customers walk in to the service department.

The video of inspection was great and unexpected. Great communication and explanation of the work that was done.
