Jay and Ayden where key in getting my Mazda CX5 assessed and serviced properly. I was able to have a face-to-face with Jay and they both answered my phone calls and maintained communication while my vehicle was in their care. The video of the actual diagnostic was especially detailed and transparent - I saw the results on the screen as the tech explained the 'what' and 'why'. Quite the contrast from seeing just a video of my engine with a statement of what they recommend ... which I've seen at other service departments.
