I’m not sure who Megan Gartman is so I didn’t give her stars. I have no problems with the Nissan at Southern Team, that’s why I return.
They are wonderful to work with. Friendly and helpful. They do their best to keep the customer happy.
Well, they took care of a complicated problem when the service shop was extremely busy. When things did not work with fix the first time they took the car back to the shop in the middle of being covered in work and provided a rental for me while the work was being done. In short, them took care of me. Mark did a good job explaining the problems which I appreciated.
If you go here, ask for Danielle. She is professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to provide clear information about your car. She makes the usually stressful process of car maintenance much smoother.
