Took a few calls. Hate the AI appointment setter. Took my car in but was told I did not have an appointment. Had to go home and reschedule.
I waited as usual and then I got a video which of course did not really tell me much. I talked with mark and left. Thank goodness I stopped at Aldi because a tire was loosing air. I called and went back. I was taken care of and the problem was solved but Mark kept telling me I probably ran over a nail after leaving. It was the valve stem. Interesting
Dealership met my expectations in every way! Every area has been very easy to deal with, warm friendly always asking if there was anything more they could do for you. Perfect!
Good work good attitude good timing The only upsetting thing was I lost my credit card there. And it was not found.
I had a check engine light, they got me in as soon as they could and fix it an issue. It didn't take very long, it was under warranty and they were happy to help me out.
