If you miss the long forgotten days of honest car dealers and courteous professionals, run to Gunther Volvo in Coconut Creek. My sales rep Martin was a cut above the rest. He was honest, attentive and lived up to his word. If you like buying cars from a man of integrity, Martin is your guy. I was then passed on to Chris, the Volvo Genius, to explain how everything in the car worked. Volvo, if you're listening, have this man do a video series on how to use your cars. He explained everything in a quick and humorous way and my wife actually knows how to work every button in the car after 15 mins. My final phase was with Mike in finance who couldn't have been nicer or on the ball. He explained the warranties in great detail and moved at light speed to get us in and out. NASCAR doesn't have a pit crew as fast and efficient as this triad in Volvo Coconut Creek. My wife liked the car, that is why we went. The customer service we encountered is why we will be back again and again for vehicle after vehicle. Take a bow gentlemen, you deserve it. You've made Volvo loyalists out of my family today.
