I purchased a brand new 2025 Jeep Willy Wrangler from Lee Auto in Auburn. After removing the rear windows, I discovered a large chip hidden under the window frame. The dealership said they would try to repair it under warranty, but when the warranty wouldn’t cover it, they simply sent me a quote from their collision center instead of taking responsibility. In my opinion, this showed poor business ethics. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage, they shifted the repair cost to me. A brand new vehicle shouldn’t leave the lot with hidden damage that the dealer won’t stand behind. I won’t be doing business with them again and I can't recommend it to the public.

Great customer service. Friendly environment for the customer and a good variety of vehicles. Sales staff was very knowledgeable
