Travis was a pleasure to work with. He never made us feel pressured. He was very patient to make sure that we understood the buying process and didn’t try to push anythings that we didn’t feel that we needed.
I enjoyed having Ray working with me and my wife on our 2026 CR-V. He was great. the only part we didn't care for is he had to go back and forth we the finance guys 8 or 9 times to gat the deal worked out. The 2023 we bought there was a lot easier and the G M came out to talk with us. 7 cars I have bought there and this was the hardest to buy. But Ray gave it his all to get it done. Oh Nick was great also.
While my interactions with the dealership is very limited, I have nothing but good things to say about Russ & making the first purchase of a honda product in my life. He made our experience seamless by educating us every step along the way.
