Russ was excellent, knowledgeable in the different car options, and friendly. We love our Hondas! We are definitely big fans. We have driven our Hondas up to 200,000 miles before trading them in each time. Why swap out often if your car is reliable and paid off? Russ guided us through the process effortlessly and he was very knowledgeable! We enjoyed doing business with him!
Russ was very helpful in navigating us through the process of purchasing our new car. He was excellent! We appreciated the time that he took. He showed us all of the amazing new options! We love Honda! We have been driving Honda vehicles for decades! This is my 5th Honda that we have purchased through the years!! We usually drive the car until it hits at least 150000-200000 miles. I had a great experience at Leith Honda auto park. I was impressed about the lifetime service options they offer and all the staff was helpful and friendly. Russ Mann did a great job working with us and was very knowledgeable, but low pressure. I really felt at ease and that I could ask him any question and get an honest answer. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to others based on my experience so far.
Russ was a pleasure to work with and made the new car buying experience super easy and stress free. He is well versed with the Honda Accord features and benefits taking extra time to demonstrate and answer questions. I am a big fan of Russ and the Autopark team.
