Good customer service and the work was performed in a timely manner. Also the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
Austin, Erick, Jonathan, Chris, Bob and Kyle provided us with the utmost care and professionalism during our recent purchase of our new 2026 Palisade. The beginning of the visit was a little frustrating due to a misunderstanding. But Kyle and his team was able to resolve the issue, and everything worked out in the end. I'll be returning to this dealer if my next car is a Hyundai. I have had Tyler Busell as my Service Advisor since December 2023. He is an excellent communicator, friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks for having employees like Tyler in the service department. Also, I had Ben Girard at my Service Advisor before Tyler. Ben also was excellent and easy to communicate with and interact. Several times I have had discussions with Bill Wood, Maintenance Foreman,, and could not say more about Bill's attention to problems and his desire to do the right thing and his emphasis on customer relations.
