Excellent service. Brought my car in without an appointment because an orange light went on. Was fit in right away and turned out I needed a new battery, which was replaced. So thankful service was quick and efficient and I didn’t get stuck somewhere!! Thanks so much!
Most of the staff members are very unfriendly. They walked by you as if you are invading their personal space. Not very welcoming.
Service Advisor Manuel Perera was pleasant and efficient. He did a great job explaining the service being done on my car and kept me updated on the status of the car.
My service manager, Steve Meyer is wonderful. He has helped me so much. I had extensive extended warranty work to be done and he handled it extremely well. He is knowledgeable, kind and keeps in touch. Steve also helped me decide on ordering a new Audi in the future. I will always recommend Coral Springs Audi.
