Charles gabus ford is extremely professional. Everything that I had questions for were answered same day. I totaled my car & had to get another one & wanted to get it though then. The communication was flawless through the entire process. Would highly recommend!
Stephen Sanders is wonderful! We are kind of persnickety and he went above and beyond to satisfy us. He kept us informed, had our interests at the forefront, and was knowledgable and hard-working. After we made our choice, his follow through kept us up to speed and on our way. The finance and shop people were friendly and efficient. Well done.
Good experience as usual. I have been using Gabus for years for both service and new purchases. It would be nice if they ran my car through the wash after service.
