I only had the truck 3 weeks and had an accident. Had the truck towed to Bert, and had it back in 2 weeks. Insurance took a week to send adjuster, so they fixed it in a week. One small oil leak developed and I brought it back. They put it on the lift right away, found the problem, and I had it back first thing the next day. I will be buying a second vehicle from him soon... I told him what I'm looking for, and he's going to get it for me.

I bought a 94 Ford Escort with only 71000 miles. Bob was great. He fixed some monior stuff and delivered it to me. I drove it for almost 2 happy months. At day 59 or sometime before the oil pump stopped working. With no indication, no indicator light, no temperature change (I think the gauge was broken) the engine seized. I called Bob. Without hesitation, he said he would get me another car. I never heard from him again. I called and called, no response. What a slimy, jerk.

Bert Cassim told us vehicle had clean title. After FINALLY getting VIN number - checked NICB.org to find vehicle is SALVAGE! Of course, Bert refuses to refund deposit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNREPUTABLE DEALER!

Put a deposit on car. They claimed to be having difficulty getting it through CT inspections. Apparently they sold it to someone else. They kept saying they would return my deposit, but the never did. Filed a complaint with Mass Consumer Protection, they reviewed it and agreed with my claim. Sullivan never responded to them. Consumer protection does not have authority and I must actually bring it to court. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!
