In mid December I stopped at Klaben Ford Service Department in Warren for “The Works” package (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Niall McGee in the Service Department handled my visit. As usual, he was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Niall even took care of filling out and filing the information for my Rebate offer that Ford had sent me ahead of my visit. The entire service experience (including the delicious free coffee and snacks) was great. I was in and out of the dealership within fifty minutes! As a part of their service, they even gave my car a complimentary wash. When I was leaving, I thought I may have been approaching a brand new car, instead of my own car. The vehicle was ULTRA CLEAN… I’m talking “Showroom New” clean. I had to actually stop and look at the license plate to make sure it was my car. Thanks for the great service Niall and Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren!
As always it was a great visit with Klaben Service. I had "The Works" done. I do have a little problem though . Since they rotated my tires, I have a TPMS (tire pressure senser) light that is on. I have checked my tire air pressure and everything is correct. I just emailed my great Service Adviser, Nate, about that so I will bring my car back soon for that and I am sure that problem will be resolved.
The service department was courteous, and did a super job and treated me and my vehicle well.
Excellent service and knowledge. The dealers and employees are a quality crew with great customer service.
The team is always willing to help you in any way. Everyone was very professional in their role.
Klaben was a truly awesome experience. They gave us a great deal. They also made sure to put us into a car that we truly loved and fit us the best. It was well worth the hour and a half drive! And my wife and I are still very much in love with our Explorer.
