I bought my car last Thursday from the used car lot and Tod was very helpful with helping me find a car that fit my budget and got me into a great car for me and my family..The brakes needed serviced so before I left Thursday they made me a appointment for Today Monday Feb 17,2014..They fixed the brakes at no charge,was very friendly and shuttled me and my kids to the mall and came back to pick us up..This was a great customer service and I thought it was a great bonus since they washed my car when they were done..It needed it..lol.. Thanks for everything one pleased customer.
ford of mansfield and their staff are helpful and patient. i have on several occasions gone in because i hear a noise. i work at night and need to know i wont break down. not only did they get a test drive in they get a tech to check . i needed brakes one time, this last time a stabalizer bar.thad and josh know when they see me coming but they still hang in there.
