I am totally into reducing my carbon foot-print, I believe that it is up to our generation to save our planet. Ok so I am outside of the "normal" thinking in a coal mining, mountain State!....LOL I wanted a hybrid car, great on gas, good for the planet, tax incentives, I want one! Unfortunately I am a widowed Lady in my early 40s, when I asked about hybrids in "other" showrooms I was disrespected, looked down on and laughed at. Even in the 21 century, some auto dealers don't seem to understand the meaning of good manners or respect. I won't name the dealers but needless to say my buying experience was not good, until I when to Charleston Lincoln-Mercury. Jeff Frampton was great, his knowledge of the Hybrid Mercury Milan was impressive, however I could not get the payment that I needed. :-( Jeff explained that what I wanted and what I could afford were different, he carefully showed me the problem, I owed more on my Nissan than it was worth? Thanks C&O Motors! Jeff took the time to show me auction prices for cars sold just like mine, I saw the black book value, he shared information that no other dealer has. After Jeff explained everything I realized my dream car was not going to happen. :-( Along comes Mr. Rob Hart, a nice "British Chap" who turns out to be one of the owners of Charleston Lincoln-Mercury. Wow, I'm not use to such attention! Rob told me he thought he could locate a hybrid factory car, which means a car that is nearly new. Heck, I don't care if its got a few miles. Within 24 hours Rob found me an 8,000 mile Hybrid Milan Premier. This car was much better than the new one in the showroom, it had a factory sunroof and navigation. Best of all, it was $70.00 lower than my target payment. Thank you Jeff, and Good job Rob. My recommendation is if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle, Give Jeff or Rob a call, they are good people.

This has to be the very best dealership I have ever been to. Rob Hart the General Manager was great, I have never been to a car Dealership where I was treated so well. I would do business again, and if fact since I purchase my car, my Aunt and Sister have both purchased vehicles from them, and they too are very happy.
