2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

But Not all sales people are NOT created equal. Never heard back from the day of the sale . Pricing was OK ,But , trying to set up routine service is a nightmare . Called three times , never a answer, just a voice message , Leave a number ! I just wanted to speak to a human and schedule a appointment .They call back whenever !! Their web site and scheduling is NOT customer friendly . Would be glad to speak to their service manager to recommend some changes to their process.

Just learned after spending over $6,000 for supposed repairs at C Harper none of the work was done and the car let me sit shortly after leaving the service department. The supposed new alternator was never installed, it was the original corroded and nuts and bolts were rusted. The supposedly replaced catalytic converter was the original one, rusted and blackened from 151,000 plus miles. The supposedly replaced timing belt could not be verified. There was no documentation or sticker in the engine compartment to give a date, manufacturer or mileage of when it was replaced. Nor was any other supporting evidence to confirm it was replaced. Because the car's underlying issues were not addressed the car now requires over $7,000 worth of repairs. The original problem(s) were not a bad catalytic converter or alternator. It was a bad ring on cylinder 3 which Because it wasn't fixed oil leaked out and onto the original alternator. Because the original causes of the check engine light flashing and car lost compression were not the catalytic converters or alternator, instead the car had bad bearings now the rods are damaged. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO C HARPER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED!!! Avoid Ashley and Ed Armstrong they don't know what they are doing at all.

I was in a car accident caused by another driver and suffered injuries just 4 days before Christmas in 2022. I finally was able to start looking for a car last week and discovered C. Harper Honda on Carfax. I never thought I would buy a car online, sight unseen - because I couldn't get to the dealership - but they made the process seamless and amazingly easy. After talking with some of the nicest people I've ever encountered - Chuck Calcek (my sales consultant), Hannah Gumbert, and Hannah Barno - Chuck and Hannah G. personally delivered the car to me even though I was some miles away. I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE. The paperwork was all prepared, so signing was easy. Chuck familiarized me with the car and even programmed my iPhone with Bluetooth! I felt totally comfortable and happy with how well they treated me as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a 2023 Sportage Hybrid and refused to pay a markup. I called and spoke to Kyle who stated that they had the vehicle I wanted coming in at the end of May and I could put a deposit down and hold it. The transaction was transparent, easy, smooth and fast. I flew in from Boston and all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I was in and out on the road in under 1 hour! Thank you to Eric and Kyle you made the experience amazing! Will definitely travel to purchase from you in the future!

Absolutely disgusted by my experience with the salesman Rudy and this company. -He asked me to roll my window down and call someone walking by "gay" -He insulted my weight and politics -I had an hour and a half drive so I called ahead to let them know I was coming to look at a specific vehicle and let Rudy know I had an hour and a half drive. He called me an hour and 20 minutes late to say that the vehicle was sold several days before. -He informed me I could not purchase a manual transmission Civic in my deal range. So I went to Valley Honda in Monroeville and received amazing service, respect, and a deal ON A MANUAL HONDA THAT CAME IN WELL BELOW MY DEAL REQUIREMENTS. Stay away from this bigoted, disrespectful company at all costs!
