Excellent dealership with every visit to the service department and the workmanship was stellar on both Ford escapes.

Ferrando's service department is a good team that takes care of their customers. I know my vehicle is well cared for at ferrando.
My husband knew I was interested in a Bronco. Something fun to drive all year around especially during the Pennsylvania winters. He found this one on the website. We have a camp nearby and drive past this dealership frequently. Knew from the outside it is neat and clean. I placed contact interest online they texted and emailed and we coordinated an appointment to see and test drive. Once onsite everything was ready. Everyone was kind and informative. I was impressed with how many are driving Broncos that work there. Offering input. My 6’4 husband climbed into the rear seat and Todd in the front passenger explaining particulars to help us understand this specific model. The vehicle sold itself. The staff made the process quick efficient and accurate. Completely appreciate their respect. We’re from Pittsburgh and we have a lot of dealership options. We’re very satisfied with our choice.
