This is my first time working with this dealer. They are similar to the rest. I my opinion i think app the added protection items should be priced ip front and not wait until you are in the final stages. I think this would give tye customer more of a thought process. The team did meet me in the middle on the final sales/tax pricing, so we are excited with this pricing.

I’ve been going to Heritage for some time and never had one issue. Super friendly staff and service has always been great and done in a timely manner. I’d recommend to anyone. I just purchased a 2026 Limited 4 Runner and as always a smooth process. Jared was top notch and his communication was over the top. He made sure I was kept in the loop about the arrival of my vehicle and he made the process not only easy but enjoyable because of his personality. You can tell he enjoys his job and people.

They took time to help me and I truly appreciate it.They even went ahead to put air in my tire because I had to add some air due to the cold weather.

Alonzo was very helpful ajd energetic. He made our experience feel very welcoming for our family.
