George went above and beyond to find the perfect Jeep for me. The team came together to make it happen start to finish in one day. This is my second time working with George on a new Jeep. All my Jeeps have been serviced at their first-rate Service Department since 2011. The waiting area and showroom are clean and inviting.

I had a really great experience working with Reggie at Suburban Dodge in Troy, Michigan. I originally started calling about a mechanic special vehicle on their lot, and for a while I could not get anyone to call me back or give me any real information about the car. After calling a third time, I finally got connected with Reggie, and he immediately went out of his way to help me. He was the only salesperson who truly treated me with respect, followed through on what he said he would do, and made sure I had the information I needed. I honestly got the impression that because it was a cheaper vehicle, some of the other sales staff were not very motivated to help with it. Reggie was the complete opposite. He went above and beyond during the entire process. When we came in to look at the car, he gave us as much time as we wanted to inspect it, talk things over, and really think about the purchase before making a decision. That is honestly unheard of in most dealership sales departments. This was also my third vehicle purchase from Suburban, and the dealerships are always extremely clean, well maintained, and full of great amenities. They are very high quality, very professional, and very nice inside. This location was no exception. My mom and I loved the automatic espresso coffee maker. After I finished paying and was waiting on paperwork, I was able to enjoy that, which was a really nice touch. Overall, Reggie made the experience stand out, and he is a big reason I would continue doing business with Suburban in the future.

My son reached out to Reggie to do some of the leg work for me and I really appreciated that Reggie treated my son with respect even though he is young. It led to a same-day transaction :) When I arrived, Reggie was kind, personable, helpful and a gentleman. He took great care of us from start to finish and he's continued to help us with a few odds and ends that have popped up when he really didn't have to. Reggie is a rockstar!
