Purchased vehicle and advised by Allen Nersisyen, my sales manager and his manager, Orien, that my issues would be taken care of when Bobb the owner came back from his vacation in Hawaii. After multiple attempts via phone and text I contacted the AG and the dealership has denied everything promised. I had originally given a positive review. However, he doesn’t live up to his word. Very disappointed in the way this dealership handles his customers. I would never recommend for anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. I wish I had read the reviews previously.

I just had the best experience I have ever ever had in my entire life at this dealership! The first time I was there we did the paperwork but then when I got home I realized there was no way I could afford that payment. I had so much fear that they would not take the car back. Mike is the best car Manager in the whole wide world. and his right hand worker Bob Frederick was amazing! So I went back in there.I said you’re gonna have to put me in a less expensive car and both Bob and Mike said we’d really like to keep you in the Civic!!! “If We get you in a car payment you can afford with that work? Oh my God, they kept me in the Honda Civic! Payment I can afford the payment. Thank you, Mike and Bob for working so hard for me!
