My visit to Porsche this past Tuesday went perfectly. I was met by Brian when I arrived at the service bay. He explained the work to be done and gave me an estimated time for the work. A little before the car was brought out for me, I received a video detailing the condition of my car and the work that had been completed. I had my car, ready to go at the precise time of the estimate. I enjoy the service center at Porsche Hunt Valley. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Brian has taken care of my needs several times . I feel that my Porsche and I are in very good hands with Brian and his associates

My wife and I purchased a CPO Porsche 911 from Hunt Valley. Alex was our sales person and he was excellent in every respect. He answered all our questions and provided additional media when requested. He and his sales manager were straight up and dealt with every aspect of the transaction in a professional manner. The dealership facility itself is among the best that I've seen. In addition to having great cars for sale and service, they also. have a number of rare and classic Porsche's on display.

Customer service was exceptional Customer service team really wanted to get it right for me and kept me informed throughout the process.

Service was prompt and efficient. Just a checkup but I was very satisfied with Hunt Valley Porsche.
