The transaction was very easy. I made the negotiations and most of the purchase over the phone. The New Car Sales Manager Jennifer was professional and very easy to work with. Sales Associate Noah and Finance Manager Scott Hendricks was professional as well. The price of the car was the reason I chose this dealership instead of Asheboro Honda. The only negative is that we picked up the car at the end of the day when they was about to close and they didn’t seem to make the purchase special in any way to my family and I. But no big deal. If you want the best price with no frills, then Flow Honda Burlington is the best place to go for a new Honda. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a new civic type r. I worked with Josie and Dalton in sales. The transaction was smooth and simple. As someone who works in the automotive world I appreciate an easy sales transaction with no nonsense and that’s exactly what it was. They were very accommodating to my request of picking up the car the next night and stayed late both nights from coming to see the car and the next night purchase. Finance was quick and well explained.

Purchased my car in 2022 it had tint on the windows at the time of purchase from them and they had inspected it before I bought it or so their website said. Went today for an oil change and inspection well it failed inspection due to the tint on the windows being to dark. It’s the same tint on the car at the time of purchase from them. You sold me a car you knew wouldn’t pass inspections?

Was traveling from Virginia and had an engine warning light start glowing in the middle of I-40. Called the Service Center from a parking lot. They agreed to see us if we could get there - which we did. They were so very kind and helpful. They got us back on the road and will forever have a special place in our heart!

I had an 8:30 appointment to have new tires installed on my car. When I arrived there were several people who were not assisting anyone and I was not acknowledged. After a few minutes I walked up to a service advisor and said I have an 8:30 appointment, his response "someone will be with you shortly." I waited a few more minutes and was finally assisted. I told my advisor Rainer about my appointment and asked what brand of tires are available for my CR-V, he checked and told me the type of tires is Toyo. I said that is fine. After going over a few additional things I asked how long my appointment would take and he said "everything should be done around 10:30." I said that is great. He continues to work on the necessary paperwork and leaves the service area, when he comes back he says my car will not be ready until later in the afternoon and asked if I was going to leave the car. I said that was not my plan and I asked if there was a loaner available. He told me there was not a loaner and asked if I would be able to get a ride. Fortunately, my cousin was able to pick me up. At 2:20 I sent a text because I had not heard about the status of my car. I received a message saying "Tech has one more car he is currently working on and your next. ETA 1.5 hours." I made arraignments for my cousin to pick me up from my house at 4:30 to take me to Flow. When we arrive my car was not ready. Rainer said he needed to finish up with the customers who are waiting and he would check on my car. We go to the waiting room and 20-30 minutes later I still haven't heard anything. I noticed Rainer go to the restroom, when he comes out I ask about my car. He said he would check and let me know. A few minutes go by and he comes back to say the tech is working on my car and it should be about five more minutes. I receive a video of my car at 5:34 and in the video the tech said "Your oil change is complete, I have topped off the fluids, and your alignment is done." I said to my cousin that is not what I came in for and my old tires are still on my car. I sent a text to Rainer about the video and his response was "Please come on back here at service. Thanks." I knew that meant I did not get the service I came in for. I went to service and Rainer asked what was in the video because he did not take it. I explained that the old tires are still on my car and the tech said the oil was changed and that is not what I came in for. Rainer viewed the paperwork and said realized the new tires were not put on the car. He went over everything that was done and I told him I was not paying a dime and I want my car because it has been here all day and what I came in for was not done. Rainer had to get his managers approval to remove the charges and mentioned the manager said if I came back I would not be charged for the alignment. I again said I am not paying for anything, I want my car and I will never use Flow Honda again. I am truly disappointed that my car was there all day when I had an actually appointment to wait on my car and the work I scheduled my car for was not done. I am also disappointed that no one greeted me upon arrival and the manager did not have enough courtesy to address the issue with me. I am glad to know my money is not good enough for Flow Honda, I will take my business elsewhere and I will advise others to do the same.

I was at this delearship in July having a problem with a Honda Accord I had just purchased at another delearship. Jeff in the service department was amazing. He was very professional and took great care of me, and after a few days I was back on the road. I highly recommend this service department.
