Easy to work with, takes care of everything for you even sets up Bluetooth/phone capabilities. They don’t push you to buy and took me serious, which is much appreciated.

This was my first time at the Otto service center. I was greeted instantly and happily! Everything was clearly explained to me and the work was done timely. My service advisor was energetic, happy to help me and kind. I have already told others how impressed I was. I will certainly use Otto for my Cadillac moving forward.
