9:30 am Appointment for an oil change and recall. Told 2.5 hours. Arrived at noon car had not moved. Service Manager makes excuses and says appointment means you get to talk to a Service Rep. at the time of the appointment, not that your car will be serviced starting at that time.

I have nothing but great things to say about Lawley Honda! Chris, my salesperson, was very professional through the whole process. Fred, the sales manager was also very professional and very pleasant to work with. Jeremy, the finance guy, made everything extremely easy from start to finish. I, like most people, have had awful experiences in the past with other car dealers in Tucson. This was an easy and painless experience from start to finish. Agreed to a deal for a 21 Ridgeline on Wednesday at 5pm, with paperwork to be signed and payment to be made on Saturday at 10am. They sold the truck to someone else on Saturday at 9:55 am. Avoid.

My last two Hondas that I have purchased have been through the same salesperson, Mitchell Ada and it has been a pleasure to work with him. He has always taken the time to follow up with my purchases and to make sure that all my questions and needs are met. After dealing with too many swindling Honda dealers, we found a gem in Sierra Vista. Mitchell Ada was really great with us... very honest and detailed. Especially understanding with our crazy toddler. We drove down twice from Tucson just because of him. Highly recommended.
