Salesman: Mr G. I could not say enough great about him. I bought a 2024 exactly like my 2020. I wanted the exact car I had but automatic, Mazda Miata Grand Touring RF Soul Red Crystal. Dealership didn’t have it. He checked other dealers to accommodate me. I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years. Never have I been treated like I was the only customer. Mr G was so attentive. Negotiating was non confrontational. When I picked up the car Mr G went over everything very thoroughly about the changes from 2020 to 2024. He said to call him with any questions, which I did. Always had time for me. He checks on me periodically to make sure I am happy. Hopefully he will still be working when it comes time for another new car. If I know anyone buying a new or used car I would highly recommend Mr G. He is the greatest. I have horror stories from past experiences.

After a lot of research I decided I wanted a new Subaru Crosstrek. The model that I chose was the 2024 Crosstrek Limited in Alpine Green. At the time I decided on this model it was not yet available. I went to the dealership in May with a print out of what I wanted. Andrew was the sales person that came to help me. I showed him the print out and he told me that he could place an order for me to get exactly what I wanted. He informed me that it should arrive by the end of July. I spoke with Andrew a few times throughout the process to check on the progress of my car. On July 29th Andrew contacted me to tell me the transport had just arrived with my car on it. My wife and I went that afternoon to purchase the car. Andrew met us as soon as we arrived and started the process. Everything went perfect. He introduced us to the finance manager to process the sale. Within about an hour everything was complete and Andrew took me out to my new car to show me the features and answer any questions I had. I have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have had. I would definitely recommend Vic Bailey to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
