RE: Collision center. 3 -5 time frame to replace a rear bumper took 8+ days. We had to call as the body shop never contacted us regarding the delay. They said an ordered part was wrong, but didn't know until 6 days after drop off. In person visit yielded no further explanation. Will NEVER use this collision center again. A simple courtesy call regarding the problem would have been much appreciated, but apparently there is no concern for customer service with Ciocca
I was very impressed with how smoothly the whole process went, our salesman Dave Thomas was fantastic, the finance man was very friendly and the process was very organized and quick, we love our new vehicle.

Worst decision ever. Bought a 2019 Chevy Traverse on June 27th. The check engine light came on exactly 2 weeks later. Catalytic converter is bad. I'm sure they knew this and lied. Have been trying to get hold of the GM Steve for weeks. Of course, he hasn't returned my call. DONT shop there!!!
Rude staff, dismissive of questions, when I tried to explain the situation I kept getting interrupted, and one person there shouted at me. Also proceeded to not attach my hub cap but didn't return the hardware for it. Poor staff, poor service, literally go anywhere but here
This was the worst decision I ever made purchasing a car from this dealer. Got a used 2018 Santa Fe with less than 50,000 miles in June from this place. The 30 day limited warranty that comes with it is GARBAGE. Every dealer around offers a MINIMUM of 3 month warranty or more when purchasing a used car, but this place obviously doesn't back their products they sell enough to do it. Should have known to run then knowing that alone. Of course I was new with buying a car, so I didn't know any better. The sales manager when purchasing the car was so pushy and was border line harassing us with trying to have us buy their crazy high priced warranty packages. I will never buy something again when I feel pressured by the seller. Right after the 30 day warranty expired, conveniently that is when everything started breaking down on the car. First it was the oil pan, then a solenoid, then the engine broke completely down, all within 3 months buying the car! Called in to say that there needs to be something done and the person told me "Our dealership will not be helping you financially since it is out of the warranty period per our company policy." Pretty much a "I told you so" to not buying an extended warranty from them at the time of purchase. Take it from me, if you are a car buyer wanting to purchase from this dealership, BEWARE! They take full advantage of people and if you do not know what you are doing, they will screw you a hundred times over like they did to me.
