Installation of u joints went well. Initially a wrong u hoot was sent, so I left my truck over the weekend for completion when proper u joint was received. It did not show up Monday because of winter storms in Texas. Your staff searched and was able to locate one that would work and installation was completed on Monday
Oil change and tire rotation completed in a timely manner. Also found a bad tire pressure sensor which was replaced.
Getting an appointment was easy; checkin was pleasant with a nice gentleman who got the information and offered refreshments and a warm place to wait; and the job was done in a timely manner.

I like the comfort of the waiting room while waiting. I was offered a ride anywhere while I wait. I would usually take the offer, but it was way too cold to go anywhere. The offer is appreciated very much though.
Addressed my vehicle issue in a timely manner, after it was towed to their shop.
