I have bought 4 cars from Hyundai of Mobile. Two of them from Princeton. He's a great salesman and I love my Hyundais!

I had a good experience. My service advisor, Branson Williamson, was excellent. He kept me informed of the cost before work on my vehicle was started which I appreciated. He was knowledgeable about my car and what service it needed. He was professional and trustworthy which is rare today. Great experience.

They were extremely professional and assisted me in the whole car purchasing process to insure I was satisfied at every turn and understood everything within my contract.

The customer service could be better in the service department not the mechanics the people that’s checking you in and the wait time for valley pick up and drop off. I’m seriously thinking about finding someone else to service my vehicle.

Was told one price to get us in but the deal that was typed up when we got there was not what we were told. They didn't have the taxes calculated right and still not sure how my tag gets transferred here in Florida. Price was finally agreed on but it took forever to get all the paperwork done. Brand new car has a scratch on it no one was willing to fix. Not sure I got all my paperwork as I don't know who financed the car or where to send a payment to. Positive was Prince did try to take care of us.

Had a very nice sales person. They gave me a great deal despite some challenges. Very happy with my purchase .
