I have been researching the Palisade Hybrid and saw the vehicle I wanted had arrived at Mobile Hyundai the previous day. Long wait for oil change. Needs to be quicker and needs an area for kids

The first person to meet us at the door and help us was Austin Bartlett. He immediately made us feel comfortable and was very attentive to our needs. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in seeing. We never felt pressured or rushed by him at all. He was so very helpful during the whole process, and at all times acted very professional. We really appreciated the outstanding job he did from gathering initial information, the test drive, and the final purchasing process. He just did an excellent job.
